With the easing of safe management measures in recent months, our DTC World HQ has finally been able to plan for an in-person Town Hall meeting for all our colleagues in Singapore on 3 August.
Our first Town Hall meeting in 2022, held at our newly renovated office.
During the session, Jason, our Managing Director, shared with all colleagues and did a re-cap on the company's mission, visions and values.
At DTC World, we encourage an open culture where all colleagues' feedback is always welcome. This Town Hall meeting had also provided an opportunity for us all to share our thoughts and feedback on the organisation's processes, as well as look ahead at what we see as potential ways to further improve things.
Of course, as usual, meetings at DTC World must have some fun elements! After the insightful sharing session, we proceeded to celebrate the birthdays of our beloved colleagues who were born in the month of August!
