DTC World and The Elitez Group have collaborated to organize a joint Shoes Collection Drive for our staff, families and friends.
All the shoes collected will be donated to non-profit organisation, Soles4Souls.
The donated shoes will be sent to villages in developing countries, where they are processed by the villagers, and then sold locally to help generate income for the villagers. This helps to create jobs, enable people to earn a living and empower them to break the cycle of poverty.
Many of us may have footwear that we are no longer wearing, but these footwear are still in good wearable conditions. Instead of throwing these shoes away (and adding to waste landfills), it is more meaningful to donate them for a good cause!
This joint shoes collection drive will run from Jan 2022 all the way till end-Feb 2022.
