DTC World managed the production of the licensed Monopoly board game. Our role included coordinating artwork, managing licensor approvals, overseeing sample development, quality control, toy safety testing and final production before delivery into both markets.
Producing a licensed Monopoly game requires close coordination between the brand, licensor and factory. Every stage had to meet Hasbro’s production and approval standards while supporting the campaign launch timeline across two countries.
The Monopoly board game served as the campaign’s gift-with-purchase redemption reward, available through qualifying purchases across leading health and beauty retailers and major eCommerce platforms in Singapore and Malaysia.
By combining a globally recognised game with a customised brand experience, the campaign transformed a retail reward into a collectible piece customers would genuinely want to keep.
Licensed merchandise projects require careful coordination across licensors, specialist manufacturers and brand teams to ensure every product meets approval, quality and production standards.
DTC World supports brands across APAC with licensed merchandise production, managing everything from licensor coordination and artwork amendments to production, quality assurance, compliance testing and regional delivery. Whether producing licensed board games, character merchandise or campaign collectibles, we help bring approved concepts to market with confidence and consistency.
