For OATSIDE’s States of Bear Mini Pouch Blind Box campaign, DTC World produced a set of custom promotional merchandise developed for a regional gift with purchase programme.
Working closely with the OATSIDE regional team, DTC World’s Vietnam team supported the production of the merchandise collection for rollout across Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam and Thailand.

For this campaign, DTC World produced a set of 7 OATSIDE Bear mini pouch designs, developed as a collectible blind box format for redemption.
Each blind box included:
1 random OATSIDE Bear mini pouch with keychain loop
1 collectible character card

Launched for 11.11 in 2025, the collection saw strong redemption, with stocks fully redeemed in Thailand and Malaysia within weeks.
